This is the heart of the Billy Moon Foundation. We honor the life and legacy of FDNY firefighter Billy Moon by turning love into action. Through advocacy, education, and community, we support organ donation and stand beside donor and recipient families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. From helping with everyday essentials like food, travel, and lodging, to raising awareness that can save lives, our mission is rooted in compassion, dignity, and hope. This work is about people.
